Senior Engineer - Cyber Security

Role Summary

As a MillenniumIT ESP Senior Engineer for the Cyber Security Solutions division, you will be required to implement and support security solutions and other related sub systems. You will provide services to customers both local and international. You will be required to perform following duties &responsibilities.

Job Description

• Providing technical support for existing security solution customers and maintaining the SLAs
• Support Team leads to validate data and provide analyzable outputs
• POC and R&D for security solutions and related sub systems
• Provide L2, L3 support for customers on 24x7 basis and maintain records of each of the support tickets
• Follow up and ensure projects are delivered on allocated timelines
• Undertake any other related task as assigned by the team lead
• Basic understanding of corporate taxes
• Understanding on project payment milestones
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to build accurate cost models for proposed cybersecurity solutions
• Understand and align solutions to the clients security budget and financial constraints
• Ensure customers are satisfied with the support
• Ensure support SLAs met
• Build healthy working relationships with the customer
• Translate customer concerns into technical requirements and align them with appropriate solutions
• Set up and run PoCs to validate product fit and performance in the customers environment
• Product trainings
• Presentation skills
• Align with certification plan shared by Team Lead and complete accordingly
• Stay current with industry and vendor certifications
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between presales, delivery, and product teams
• Provide other functions with support beyond scope of responsibilities to achieve common organizational goals
• Undertake any other tasks requested by the teal lead

Person Specification

• Bachelors Degree related to IT or Engineering
• Minimum 02+ years of experience in cyber security domain
• Professional certifications in the area of cyber security are added advantage
• Leadership skills 
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous self-learning
• Excellent communicator, team player, and a person capable of translating plans into action
