Job Description
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of all Windows, Linux and mac OS systems
- Provide support on Office 365 platform
- Maintain Active Directory policies and accounts locally and in the cloud (Windows server, Azure)
- Configuring, administrating and troubleshoot AD, DHCP, DNS and SCCM servers
- Monitor, maintain and patch management of mobile equipment through SCCM, Intune and MDM tools and ensure system performance and data integrity
- Provide IT help desk support Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and errors
- Responsible for the onboarding and off-boarding processs IT components
- Resolve IT tickets regarding computer software, hardware, and application issues on defined SLA.
- Maintain Virtualized Platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Verify daily backup operations, ensuring all required data and systems are successfully backup
- Maintain and compliant ISO standards such as ISMS (Information Security Management System), BCMS (Business Continuity Management System), and QMS (Quality Management System), etc.
Person Specification
- Bachelors degree in IT / Engineering / Computer Science
- 03+years of working experience in System Engineer or Similar capacity
- Several years of professional experience with various operating systems, networks (LAN/WAN) and patch management
- Very good knowledge of the administration and configuration of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, SCCM, CA, Intune
- Skills in Office 365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Teams)
- Experience working with PowerShell or Python to automate workflows
- Expertise knowledge in Hyper-V and VMWare virtual platforms
- Experience working in ITSM tools
- Sound knowledge in Client management systems and patch management
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills allowing efficient and effective identification of problem and ability to apply appropriate solutions
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of network, security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- CCNA/CCNP CCIE or equivalent Network Certifications
- Have a ITIL certification
- Have a Microsoft, Cloud, VMware, Linux certification would be an advantage
