Job Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect interview feedback
  • Conduct screening calls with potential candidates
  • Design, prepare and post job advertisements
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
  • Liaise with universities on career day events and maintain strong partnerships with education entities
  • Maintain the application tracking system (ATS)
  • Help enhance and elevate MIT ESP as a brand

Person Specification

  • Graduate or undergraduate in Human Resource Management or business related study
  • Prior internship experience of at least 06 months would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
