Role Summary

We are looking for a forward-thinking and commercially astute Assistant Manager Digital Marketing & Corporate Communications to play an operational leadership role in advancing the companys digital presence, brand positioning, and stakeholder communication. This role is responsible for independently driving the execution of digital marketing and corporate communications initiatives, while contributing to broader marketing planning and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership maturity, data-led thinking, and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations with confidence and agility.

Job Description

Digital Marketing Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing plans that drive lead generation, client engagement, and brand visibility
  • Manage end-to-end execution of SEO/SEM initiatives, email marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and marketing automation workflows
  • Oversee corporate website and ensure continuous optimisation for performance, searchability, and user experience
  • Take ownership of all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube), driving content strategy, follower growth, and engagement metrics
  • Analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools and deliver actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions and ROI improvements

Content Strategy and Brand Communication:

  • Define and execute a content strategy that supports key business objectives and enhances brand authority across digital touch points
  • Oversee the creation and dissemination of high-impact content such as whitepapers, blogs, eFlyers, email campaigns (via MailChimp), videos, and thought leadership
  • Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the companys positioning and values

Corporate Communications and External Relations:

  • Aid in the development and implementation of the companys corporate communications strategy, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders
  • Draft and review press releases, media statements, internal announcements, and executive communications
  • Manage media relations, public relations campaigns, and liaise with PR agencies and media outlets to strengthen corporate reputation
  • Represent the company's voice in public forums, events, and speaking engagements when required

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business and commercial strategies
  • Support junior team members by providing guidance, oversight, and mentoring where appropriate
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical and Business Development teams to deliver tailored digital marketing support for demand generation and pipeline acceleration
  • Contribute to the annual marketing planning cycle, campaign calendariszation, and budget utilisation tracking

Person Specification

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Masters qualification is added advantage
  • 03-04 years of experience in a digital marketing/communications role within a B2B, tech, or services industry
  • Proven ability to execute integrated digital campaigns, with strong working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, MailChimp (or equivalent email automation tools), and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in managing corporate communications and media relations, with strong business writing and stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong project management, organisational, and leadership capabilities; able to prioritise and execute multiple initiatives under tight timelines
  • High level of independence, critical thinking, and decision-making ability; capable of operating with limited supervision.
  • Fluency in English is required
