Job Description

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of network-related issues
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Participate in network security measures and protocols
• Document network configurations, issues, and solutions
• Assist with the setup of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Collaborate with the IT team to support day-to-day network operations

Person Specification

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Networking or Electrical Engineering
• Excellent communication skills for coordination and reporting
