Engineer/ Senior Engineer - Networking - Managed Infrastructure Services

Job Description

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for network security, focusing on Fortinet products (FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and Fortinet Firewalls)
• Collaborate with Level 3 engineers to resolve complex issues
• Independently manage and resolve Level 2 tickets within SLA
• Mentor Level 1 engineers on escalations and technical skills
• Enhance support processes and documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Person Specification

• 05+ years of network security troubleshooting experience, specializing in Fortinet
• Hands-on experience with FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, SD-WAN, and FortiSASE
• Expertise in troubleshooting Juniper switches (console-based) & MIST Portal (Marvis) for switching and WAPs
• Cisco configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Meraki dashboard, switches, and APs
• Strong knowledge of BGP & OSPF
• Exposure to FortiSIEM and scripting (Python/PowerShell) is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL framework (certifications preferred)
• Must have current certifications: Fortinet Firewall/SD-WAN, Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS, or equivalent
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) for effective documentation and communication
