Job Description

  • Assist in developing and implementing the company's employer branding strategy.
  • Create engaging content for internal communications to promote the company's brand, culture, and employee value proposition.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices related to employer branding and corporate communications.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, including career fairs, staff engagement activities, customer networking events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to employer branding, marketing, and corporate communication projects.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee experience initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and branding activities.
  • Work closely with the company's Welfare Committee to plan and organize employee engagement programs and events throughout the year.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to source, procure, and deliver branded merchandise for employee engagement activities and customer events.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, including flyers, invitations, banners, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  • Support the management of internal communication channels and employer branding campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to support and execute overall marketing operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communication materials and activities.

Person Specification

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of content creation formats, including flyers, invitations, banners, presentations, and digital communication materials.
  • Exhibit creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Possess excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Show a strong interest in employer branding, corporate communications, marketing, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and the Canva platform.
  • Possess knowledge of basic Adobe Photoshop design principles and/or AI image generation tools, which will be considered an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
