Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's employer branding strategy.
- Create engaging content for internal communications to promote the company's brand, culture, and employee value proposition.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices related to employer branding and corporate communications.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, including career fairs, staff engagement activities, customer networking events, and corporate initiatives.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to employer branding, marketing, and corporate communication projects.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee experience initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and branding activities.
- Work closely with the company's Welfare Committee to plan and organize employee engagement programs and events throughout the year.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to source, procure, and deliver branded merchandise for employee engagement activities and customer events.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, including flyers, invitations, banners, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Support the management of internal communication channels and employer branding campaigns.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to support and execute overall marketing operations and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communication materials and activities.
Person Specification
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge of content creation formats, including flyers, invitations, banners, presentations, and digital communication materials.
- Exhibit creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Possess excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Show a strong interest in employer branding, corporate communications, marketing, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and the Canva platform.
- Possess knowledge of basic Adobe Photoshop design principles and/or AI image generation tools, which will be considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
