Country Manager

The role is leading the business strategy for Vietnam market, with the below major focus:

• P&L management - drive for sales, profitability, market growth and business expansion targets.
  
• Business Strategy - Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales, market share & brand positioning in luxury beauty sector.
  
• Retail & Distribution Management - oversee and manage relationship with key retailers, boutiques, malls in order to optimize distribution, commercial conditions and business growth.
  
• People Leadership - lead and develop a high-performing teams in sales, marketing and operations to drive business success.
