By applying for a position at Mission Company, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided in your application, including personal data, qualifications, and work experience, is complete, accurate, and truthful. Any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of employment if discovered after hiring.

2. Eligibility to Work

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Proof of eligibility may be required at any stage of the application process or during employment.

3. Data Privacy

By submitting your application, you consent to Mission Company collecting, storing, and processing your personal data in accordance with local data protection laws and regulations. Your information will be used solely for recruitment purposes and may be shared with relevant personnel or departments involved in the hiring process. Mission Company will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Application Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or employment. Mission Company reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons. We will contact candidates selected for further consideration, but we are not obligated to respond to all applicants.

5. Recruitment Communications

All communications during the recruitment process will be conducted through the contact information provided by the applicant. Mission Company is not responsible for any missed communications due to incorrect or outdated contact details.

6. Employment Offer

Any employment offer made by Mission Company is conditional upon the applicant meeting the necessary legal and company requirements, including but not limited to background checks, verification of qualifications, references, and proof of eligibility to work.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

شروط وأحكام التقديم

من خلال التقديم على وظيفة في شركة ميشن، فإنك تقر وتوافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

1. صحة المعلومات

أنت تؤكد أن جميع المعلومات المقدمة في طلبك، بما في ذلك البيانات الشخصية، المؤهلات، والخبرة العملية، كاملة ودقيقة وصحيحة. أي معلومات كاذبة أو مضللة قد تؤدي إلى رفض طلبك أو إنهاء التوظيف في حال اكتشافها بعد التعيين.

2. أهلية العمل

يجب أن يكون المتقدمون مصرح لهم قانونيًا بالعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية. قد يُطلب إثبات الأهلية في أي مرحلة من مراحل عملية التقديم أو خلال التوظيف.

3. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات

من خلال تقديم طلبك، فإنك توافق على جمع وتخزين ومعالجة بياناتك الشخصية من قبل شركة ميشن وفقًا لقوانين ولوائح حماية البيانات المحلية. سيتم استخدام معلوماتك فقط لأغراض التوظيف وقد يتم مشاركتها مع الموظفين أو الأقسام المعنية بعملية التوظيف. شركة ميشن لن تشارك بياناتك مع أطراف خارجية دون موافقتك إلا إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب القانون.

4. عملية التقديم

تقديم الطلب لا يضمن الحصول على مقابلة أو عرض وظيفي أو توظيف. تحتفظ شركة ميشن بالحق في رفض أي طلب دون إبداء الأسباب. سنتواصل مع المرشحين الذين تم اختيارهم لمزيد من التقييم، ولكننا لسنا ملزمين بالرد على جميع المتقدمين.

5. الاتصالات خلال التوظيف

سيتم التواصل خلال عملية التوظيف باستخدام معلومات الاتصال المقدمة من المتقدم. شركة ميشن ليست مسؤولة عن أي اتصالات مفقودة بسبب معلومات اتصال غير صحيحة أو غير محدثة.

6. عرض التوظيف

أي عرض توظيف مقدم من شركة ميشن يعتمد على استيفاء المتقدم للمتطلبات القانونية والشروط الخاصة بالشركة، بما في ذلك ولكن لا تقتصر على الفحص الأمني، التحقق من المؤهلات، المراجع، وإثبات الأهلية للعمل.

7. سياسة عدم التمييز

شركة ميشن هي صاحب عمل يتبنى مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص. نحن لا نميز على أساس الجنسية، الدين، الجنس، العمر أو أي خصائص محمية قانونيًا أخرى. سيتم النظر في جميع المتقدمين بناءً على مؤهلاتهم وخبراتهم وملاءمتهم للوظيفة.

8. سحب الطلب

يمكنك سحب طلبك في أي مرحلة من مراحل عملية التوظيف عن طريق إخطار شركة ميشن كتابيًا. بمجرد السحب، لن يتم اعتبار طلبك وبياناتك الشخصية للتوظيف.

9. تغييرات على الشروط والأحكام

تحتفظ شركة ميشن بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. سيتم نشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة، ويكون من مسؤولية المتقدم مراجعة هذه الشروط بشكل دوري.

10. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاعات تنشأ عن أو تتعلق بهذه الشروط ستخضع للاختصاص الحصري للمحاكم في المملكة العربية السعودية.
