Business Analyst

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and bridging communication between business user.



Description:

• Act as a communication bridge between Business Users, UI, Development/Implementation teams.
• Gather requirements from the Business users by studying their business functions and analyzing business requirements; construct workflow designs based on system capabilities and write design specifications and modifications to ensure successful delivery of output and formats.
• Prepares Proper Documentation and Specification

Responsibilities:

• Producing a project definition/project initiation document clearly defining scope and project objective.
• Preparing project documents i.e. SRS, FSD including wireframes, User Manuals, and broad level Functional Test Cases. Effectively presenting options and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain proper RTM [Requirement Traceability Matrix] pertaining to Business requirements and Functional specifications.
• Executing a user acceptance/system test script & awareness about project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies & change control processes especially in relation to requirements documentation.

Required Skills:

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital project management, business analysis
• Prior experience in managing requirements in the e-commerce/payment-related industries is a bonus
• Jira skills and integration requirements
