As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet organizational needs. Collaborating with Salesforce Administrators and cross-functional teams, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, test, deploy, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your contributions will support the companys goal of enhancing customer relationship management through innovative technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce, and optimize platform capabilities.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, controllers, and triggers.
  • Build and maintain highly interactive user interfaces using Visualforce, JavaScript, and JQuery technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
  • Conduct migrations from sandbox environments to production systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing end-user support for enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Participate in system design, configuration, testing, and deployment based on business requirements.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in operational support and continuous application improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of Salesforce Developer experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and the Salesforce Force.com platform.
  • Experience in software engineering, including unit testing and system integration.
  • Familiarity with web services (REST & SOAP).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., App Builder, Platform Developer I) are required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
