UI/UX Designer

JOB ROLE

• Take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable
• Develop design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
• Partner with product managers and engineers to oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch
• User research- knowing how to combine data analytics and customer feedback to understand the context and definition of the problem
• Creating prototypes and validating them with customers- youll need to be able to create interactive prototypes on your own
• Present your work (from sketches to final design) and articulate your design decisions to the design team, product team, and executives for review and feedback

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years proven experience as a UX Designer and experience working directly with engineering teams
• Have portfolio or online examples that client can review
• Highly developed communication skills frequently leading meetings with product/engineering or sales
• Experience with UX/UI and visual designs for web and mobile applications Technologies and Software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience designing mobile or web for banks and financials services
