We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented CONTACT CENTRE RECRUITER to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our rapid growth by sourcing, screening, and hiring a large volume of qualified phone agents for our clients contact center and BPO operations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a contact center or BPO environment.
- Experience recruiting for multilingual contact centers is a plus
- Ability to source candidates through various channels including social media, recruitment job boards and informal networkings
- Diploma or degree preferred.
- Understanding of call center metrics, and the type of skills required for successful phone agents.
Job Responsibilites:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for phone agent positions, from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, etc.) to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' communication skills, customer service aptitude, and technical proficiency.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center recruitment.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
