Job Summary: The HR & Operations Data Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing HR and operational data, organizing essential documents, and optimizing workflow automation using Go High Level. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR and operational data to generate reports, insights, and recommendations.
  • Organize and maintain the Virtual Assistant master file, HR documents, and other administrative records.
  • Set up, navigate, and optimize Go High Level for automation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
  • Develop and implement data analytics, reporting dashboards, and automation solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR record-keeping and administrative processes.
  • Support HR and operations teams with data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Go High Level, including automation setup, workflow creation, and analytics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage HR documents efficiently.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, employee records management, and administrative best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and visualize data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles is a plus.

System Requirements:

  • Computer: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
  • Monitors: Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops.
  • Internet: Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed (higher preferred for WiFi).
  • Backup Internet: Secondary internet source capable of handling full workload OR access to a backup location.
  • Power Backup: Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours OR a backup location accessible within 30 minutes.
  • Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to professional communication.
  • Headset: Noise-canceling headset for clear audio during virtual meetings and calls.

Additional Requirements:

  • No bad records from previous employers and no derogatory records.
  • Must pass required assessment and screening.
