Job Summary: The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for bilingual candidates. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract bilingual candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and ensure accurate job descriptions are posted in both languages.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job-specific recruitment plans.
- Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience recruiting bilingual candidates is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
System Requirements:
- Computer: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
- Monitors: Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops (recommended for backup management).
- Internet: Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed (higher preferred for WiFi).
- Backup Internet: A secondary internet source capable of handling full workload OR access to a backup location nearby.
- Power Backup: Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours OR a backup location accessible within 30 minutes.
- Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to professional communication.
- Headset: Noise-canceling headset for clear audio during calls.

- Must pass required assessments and screening.
