Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and licensed Architect with 3-5 years of professional experience to support both residential and commercial projects. This role involves working closely with design teams and clients to develop architectural plans, produce detailed drawings, and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with access to an engineering-grade computer capable of handling complex project files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural plans for residential and commercial projects from concept through construction
• Produce detailed drawings, models, and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure accurate and efficient execution
• Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings
• Ensure all plans comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Revise drawings and plans based on client feedback and project developments
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect (must have active license)
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, with exposure to both residential and commercial projects
• Proven expertise in AutoCAD and Revit
• Must have access to a high-performance, engineering-grade computer capable of handling large-scale project files
• Strong understanding of architectural standards, codes, and technical details
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

System Requirements:

• Computer: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
• Monitors: Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops.
• Internet: Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed (higher preferred for WiFi).
• Backup Internet: Secondary internet source capable of handling full workload OR access to a backup location.
• Power Backup: Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours OR a backup location accessible within 30 minutes.
• Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to professional communication.
• Headset: Noise-canceling headset for clear audio during virtual meetings and calls.

• Must pass required assessment and screening.
