Job Summary

The Growth Virtual Assistant (VA) is a key contributor to the growth and marketing efforts of our company. This role involves performing a variety of tasks, including making outbound calls to prospective agents and customers, managing email campaigns, and maintaining CRM data integrity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Growth VA supports marketing strategies, drives company expansion, and ensures exceptional client and agent experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Communication:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective agents, customers, and Realtors to introduce the company and its services.
  • Actively listen to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow up via email, text, or voice to nurture relationships and drive engagement.
  • Persuade customers to opt for higher-value services by effectively presenting benefits and overcoming objections.

CRM and Data Management:

  • Update and maintain CRM tags to reflect current status, market, and campaign.
  • Audit CRM entries to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Document call details, feedback, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM.

Growth and Marketing Support:

  • Export and organize files for growth representatives, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns.
  • Monitor and report email campaign performance and manage responses.
  • Conduct price shopping calls to competitors and update internal pricing comparison documents.

Client and Agent Engagement:

  • Contact agents after inspections to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Build positive relationships by handling inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Stay familiar with the service area map to coordinate appointments effectively.

Social Media and Content Support:

  • Assist in managing social media platforms using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Facebook.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor posts to drive engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Senior High School Degree or Equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Call center and Virtual Assistant experience is a plus.
    • Real estate VA experience or home inspection knowledge is advantageous but not required.
    • Social media skills and telemarketing experience are required.

Skills and Competencies

  • Communication:
    • Fluent in English with a pleasant speaking voice and minimal accent.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
    • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Organizational Ability:
    • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
    • Adept at scheduling and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service and Sales:
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Proven ability to influence, persuade, and achieve results.

System Requirements

  • Primary and Backup Computers: At least i5 3rd generation processor or higher, 8GB RAM (16GB preferred), and Windows 10 or higher.
  • Monitors: Two monitors for desktops or one monitor alongside a laptop for flexibility.
  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary: Wired plan with at least 100 Mbps speed.
    • Backup: Hotspot or alternate location providing at least 10 Mbps speed.
  • Accessories: Noise-canceling headset and a conducive work area free from noise and distractions.
