Job Summary: As a Marketing VA, you'll support our marketing efforts by managing CRMs, creating compelling content, and executing strategies that drive engagement and growth. You'll work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management:
    • Organize and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
    • Use CRMs to track campaign performance and generate insights.
    • Optimize workflows and integrations within CRM platforms.
  • Content Creation:
    • Design engaging visuals, infographics, and marketing materials.
    • Craft compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
    • Create short-form and long-form video content aligned with branding.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Plan, schedule, and monitor posts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
    • Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
    • Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.
  • Video Editing:
    • Produce and edit promotional videos, reels, and tutorials.
    • Add captions, graphics, and effects to enhance video quality.
    • Collaborate on storyboards and video scripts to convey key messages.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Senior High School Degree or equivalent.
    • Previous experience as a Marketing VA or similar role is a plus.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
    • Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
    • Strong design and copywriting abilities.
    • Social media strategy and analytics know-how.
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

System Requirements:

  • Computer: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
  • Monitors: Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops (recommended for backup management).
  • Internet: Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed (higher preferred for WiFi).
  • Backup Internet: A secondary internet source capable of handling full workload OR access to a backup location nearby.
  • Power Backup: Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours OR a backup location accessible within 30 minutes.
  • Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to professional communication.
  • Headset: Noise-canceling headset for clear audio during calls.

Additional Requirements:

  • No bad records from previous employers and no derogatory records.
  • Must pass required assessments and screening.
