Position Overview: We are looking for a versatile and creative individual who excels in both social media management and graphic illustration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to achieve business goals while also creating visually stunning illustrations to enhance our brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage and schedule posts across all social media channels, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster community engagement to cultivate a loyal and active audience.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and communication teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media and graphic design, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree and experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in social media management, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic illustration, with a portfolio showcasing original artwork created using digital and traditional artistic methods.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, canva, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual setting while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and technologies, with a continuous learning mindset.
