Autocad Drafter

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed, precise drawings and plans for residential projects using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and code compliance.
• Modify and update existing drawings based on feedback and project changes.
• Prepare presentation drawings and comprehensive construction documents.
• Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Drafter with a focus on residential home and structural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; additional knowledge of design software like Revit is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with team members.
