  • Two boys (5 years & 3 years)
  • One baby girl (5 months)
• Parents work from home on some days

The family is easygoing, communicative, and genuinely appreciative of great support. They are seeking someone who brings calm confidence, initiative, and a positive presence into their home.

Location

New Farm, Brisbane (Inner City)
Many school and daycare locations are within walking distance, with minimal driving required.

Days & Hours

• Days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
• Hours:
  • Monday: 9:30am – 5:30pm
  • Tuesday: 8:30am/9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
• Employment Type: Permanent (Part‑Time)
• Start: ASAP

(Some flexibility around start and finish times where required.)

Day in the Life

With your friendly and capable approach, you will provide care across a varied and engaging day, including:

• Caring for the baby while older children attend school/kindy
• Walking with the baby or settling the baby while a parent works from home
• School and daycare pick‑ups (mostly local/walking distance)
• Supporting daily routines: meals, bathing, clothing
• Taking children to age‑appropriate activities and outings
• Preparing simple and healthy nutritional meals and snacks for the children
• Children's laundry and light household support (kitchen tidy, rubbish, wipe‑downs)
• Occasional errands or family support tasks

• Warm, calm, and emotionally attuned
• Demonstrates healthy mindset and eats well, as Mum is a health entrepreneur
•  Confident caring for infants and young children
• Proactive with strong initiative
• Organised, tidy, and health‑conscious
• Comfortable working alongside parents who may be occasionally home
• Enjoys contributing meaningfully to a family's daily life

Applicants Must Have

• Valid Blue Card
• Current Police Check
• Infant First Aid & CPR
• Minimum 3+ years professional nanny or childcare experience
• Glowing, recent references
• Confidence managing multiple children

Driving is minimal, with occasional car use only. Everything is within walking distance.
