About the role
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Payments Solutions Architect & Technical Product Manager to join our team of strategists, product managers, designers, and engineers. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation in client engagements, operating at the intersection of technical product management and solutions consulting.
As a key individual contributor with mentorship responsibilities, you will leverage deep payment service provider (PSP) knowledge, technical acumen, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive successful payment integration projects. You will shape requirements, guide architecture, and align cross-functional teams, translating complex payment ecosystems into clear, scalable solutions for both clients and engineering teams.
This role blends elements of a Solution Architect (40%), Technical Product Manager (35%), and Technical Program Manager (25%), focusing on crafting user-centric experiences and digital products that drive business growth.

* Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem, including acquirer relationships, payment facilitation, and card network operations.
* Proficiency with PSP APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
* Understanding of technical architecture concepts (APIs, microservices, data flows).
* Familiarity with payment compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, PSD2)
