Summary

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Lead Functional Analyst to take ownership of D365 implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization. This role requires a seasoned consultant who can bridge business needs and system capabilities—translating complex business processes into D365 configurations while providing technical leadership to implementation teams.

Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years in ERP or CRM implementations with enterprise clients
• 3+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 experience (CE, F&O, or BC)
• 2+ full-lifecycle D365 implementations as functional lead or senior analyst
• Proven track record leading client-facing engagements
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environment

Skills & Capabilities

• Deep functional knowledge of at least 2 D365 modules
• Strong business process understanding across finance, operations, or sales domains
• Ability to design solutions that balance business needs with system capabilities
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Client management and stakeholder communication expertise
• Workshop facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-920)
• Module-specific certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-330, MB-700, MB-210, MB-230, etc.)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
