About the role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead / Principal Architect to own the architecture, technical strategy, and delivery of a self-service onboarding platform. This role requires deep expertise in modern web and mobile development, backend architecture, containerized deployments, and third-party system integrations (3PL, WMS, OMS). The consultant will also provide technical leadership to engineering teams and ensure best-in-class delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or architect role

• Proven expertise in React, React Native, Python (Django), and PostgreSQL in production-scale environments

• Strong track record designing and scaling containerized microservices in AWS (EKS, EC2, S3)

• Experience integrating 3PL, WMS, and OMS systems - MUST

• Solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, security best practices, and observability frameworks

• Excellent communication skills in English, with experience working with executives and external partners

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React (Web), React Native (Mobile)

• Backend: Python (Django), REST/GraphQL APIs, Middleware service

• Database: PostgreSQL

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform (preferred)

• Architecture: Microservices, Containerized Applications, Event-Driven Design
