We are looking for a Sr/Lead Odoo (Python) Engineer to lead the implementation and customization of the Odoo platform, supporting internal infrastructure and integrations with other company services. This is a key role within the project, involving solution design, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Odoo experience in complex environments, a solid backend background in Python, proven leadership in development teams, and the drive to advance best practices.

Required Technical Experience

• Strong experience with Python, focused on backend development (5+ years)

• Proven experience with Odoo (3+ years)

• Hands-on experience implementing and customizing the Odoo platform

• Experience integrating Odoo with external systems and services

• Strong experience designing scalable solutions and leading development teams

• Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality, standards, and proper documentation

• Experience with unit testing and participation in QA processes

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and active participation in Agile ceremonies

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and Business Analysts

• Strong documentation and communication practices

• Experience working in distributed or remote teams
