About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to oversee our SDR function and help drive top-of-funnel growth for our sales organization. You’ll lead a small but mighty team of SDRs focused on generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

You’ll be both a hands-on player and a coach setting strategy, refining processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the team hits and exceeds pipeline goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2 SDRs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets aligned with company goals.
  • Refine outreach strategies and messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead generation and handoff processes.
  • Analyze KPIs and develop reports to track SDR productivity and pipeline quality.
  • Continuously improve prospecting workflows, tools, and data hygiene.

  • Contribute to building a high-performance, data-driven sales culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, in the tech industry for Staff Augmentation/Software Development services for US companies.
  • 1+ year in a leadership or mentoring role (Team Lead, Senior SDR, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and tools (HubSpot, Ampelmarket, buzz.ai , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to manage by metrics.
  • Fluent English (C1+) written and spoken.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
