About the role

This opportunity is only available to candidates from Colombia and Mexico.

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to support the modernization of their mobile experience. This role will focus on delivering a one-to-one functional rewrite of an existing iOS application using a modern, scalable architecture, while working closely with internal mobile, backend, QA, and product teams.

The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background and the ability to translate complex technology into scalable, commercially viable solutions.

Requirements

• +4 years of professional mobile development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native in production environments.
• Proven experience in modernizing or refactoring existing mobile applications (not only greenfield projects).
• Solid background in API-driven mobile development using REST and/or GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, state management, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mobile features using React Native, aligned with the provided UX/UI designs
• Deliver a one-to-one functional modernization of the existing mobile app

• Integrate with existing backend systems, including: 

  GraphQL APIs for product catalog
• Cart and checkout APIs

• Okta-based authentication flows

• Collaborate in PR reviews, coding standards, and architectural discussions

• Ensure performance, stability, and high-quality user experience across devices
• Contribute to a reusable, brand-agnostic mobile architecture supporting multi-brand rollout
