About the role
Mindtech is looking for skilled Mid-Level Software Engineers to join our high-performance, forward-thinking engineering team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, resilient systems using modern technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS, and functional programming paradigms.

We're especially interested in individuals with curiosity or experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on software engineering experience 
• Languages: JavaScript / TypeScript

• Preferred: Scala and a functional programming mindset

• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, ECS, SQS, etc.)

• Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB

• Architecture: REST APIs, distributed systems, high availability

• CI/CD: Proven experience with build and deployment pipelines

• Other: HTTP, SQS, API development, automated testing
