Role Summary

As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a dual role: you’ll lead and grow our recruiting team while also executing full-cycle recruitment for key roles. This position requires a highly driven professional who is as comfortable defining talent strategy as they are engaging directly with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring clear prioritization and workflow alignment.
  • Own and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, presenting, and closing candidates.
  • Define and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels (inbound, outbound, referrals, agencies).
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, fit, and English proficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Delivery, and HR.
  • Act as the key point of contact between hiring managers and the recruiting team.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, conversion rates, pipeline status).
  • Manage candidate experience and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
  • Lead negotiations and collaborate with Sales to define and validate offer packages.
  • Contribute to onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate handoff to HR.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years in recruiting, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
  • Proven ability to handle hands-on recruiting while managing a team.

  • Experience recruiting tech and/or digital profiles is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Manatal, Monday, and HubSpot.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • High adaptability, ownership, and initiative.
