About the job HR Analyst
Mindtech is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping employee experience and driving people analytics. You'll help us execute smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, optimize our People Management Systems (PMS), and support strategic HR initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires, coordinating between internal stakeholders and external platforms.
- Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, compiling offboarding documentation, and identifying attrition trends.
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS/PMS tools (e.g., Monday, BambooHR, etc.), ensuring up-to-date employee records.
People Data Analytics:
Generate and analyze regular HR reports including headcount, attrition, compensation, and talent movement.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure HR procedures comply with legal requirements and companypolicies across different LATAM geographies.
- Support audits and documentation processes as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Analyst or HR Business Partner.
- Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
Availabilty to work hybrid from Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Experience in remote or tech/startup environments is a strong plus.
