About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Tech Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing Sales team at MindTech reporting directly with the CEO. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and the clients needs, supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth with turnkey projects and staff augmentation business models. Youll play a key part in shaping solutions, leading technical discussions, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Sales Support: Collaborate closely with sales representatives in different countries, providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Solution Ownership: Take ownership of end-to-end sales for turnkey projects, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with client needs.
  • Complex Requirement Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex client requirements, translating them into viable technical solutions.
  • Candidate Selection: Participate in the evaluation and selection of candidates for complex technical roles, ensuring top-quality staffing.
  • Technical Presentations: Lead technical discussions, demos, and webinars, showcasing our expertise and innovative capabilities.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their technical challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate in the creation of compelling technical proposals and statements of work.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales roles within technology companies.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) for seamless client interaction and documentation.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and convey complex IT concepts.
  • Experience leading technical discussions and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Hands-on experience in gathering and analyzing technical requirements for staffing and project delivery.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Strong technical background in Data and AI.
  • General knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
