About the role

Were seeking a mid-level Product Manager to join our Product Practice.

This person will lead the day-to-day execution of digital projects in close collaboration with a Product Management Director or Account Lead. Youll translate client goals into actionable plans, shape product backlogs, and guide multidisciplinary teams through discovery, delivery, and launch.

This is a hands-on role for someone whos structured, proactive, and thrives on clarity but also human-centered and curious, knowing that behind every roadmap or requirement is a person were solving for. Youll balance product management craft with the product operations discipline that keeps our teams running smoothly and our clients confident in our delivery.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, digital delivery, or business analysis.
  • Proven ability to run Agile projects end-to-end from planning through QA and release.
  • Experience writing clear user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; you know how to keep clients and teams in sync.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • C1/C2 English
  • Experience in a digital consultancy or client-facing environment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Planning

  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Lead day-to-day project management driving standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and weekly client check-ins.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers early to keep teams on track.

Product Definition & Execution

  • Translate business goals and customer needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Partner with QA to define test plans and ensure high-quality releases.
  • Support development teams in clarifying requirements and tracking progress through delivery.
  • Collaborate with designers to validate concepts and ensure solutions meet user needs and business value.

Product Operations

  • Maintain strong project management across Jira, Confluence, and related tools ensuring visibility and consistency.
  • Standardize key artifacts such as sprint reports, risk logs, and release notes.
  • Track and report delivery performance, velocity, and resource alignment for internal and client visibility.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that help us scale how we deliver across teams and clients.
  • Support onboarding and documentation to keep delivery rituals clear and repeatable.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Serve as the key day-to-day contact for both client and internal teams and or/support Product Management Director/Account Lead as contact.
  • Proactively communicate progress, decisions, and risks to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate demos, feedback sessions, and updates to keep everyone informed and engaged.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor KPIs, delivery performance, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to evolving our company´s delivery and product management practices helping the team work smarter and deliver better.
