Senior Software Engineer - Full stack, UI/UX, AI Integration

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack expertise and a deep appreciation for UI/UX design. This role focuses on building high-quality, user-friendly applications end-to-end, while integrating AI capabilities to enhance product intelligence.

You will take ownership of both the user experience and backend system, ensuring products are not only functional but intuitive and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complete applications across frontend and backend
• Build clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces with strong UX principles
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality production-ready code
• Collaborate with designers to refine user journeys and improve usability
• Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and databases
• Integrate AI features such as chat, recommendations, and automation using tools like OpenAI GPT models and Google Vertex AI
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
• Lead architecture decisions and enforce best practices

Required skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong full-stack development experience (frontend + backend)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Dart, Python, or Java
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (Flutter, React, or similar)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles (layout, responsiveness, accessibility)
• Experience building responsive and user-centric applications
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with design tools like Figma
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization and animations
• Experience integrating AI features into applications
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain (nice to have, not required)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
