About the job Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and stores operations
- Maintain stores records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist in procurement and inventory control
- Support purchasing management in administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth stores operations and compliance
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
