Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and stores operations
  • Maintain stores records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist in procurement and inventory control
  • Support purchasing management in administrative tasks 
  • Ensure smooth stores operations and compliance

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
