Job Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Executive to provide efficient customer support and ensure a high level of service quality. The role involves handling service inquiries, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests while maintaining strong customer relationships and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service center.
  • Register service requests, prepare job cards, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Explain service details, cost estimates, and timelines clearly to customers.
  • Follow up with customers during and after service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the spare parts department for required parts and ensure availability.
  •  Assist in warranty claim processing and maintain accurate service documentation.
  •  Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the Service Manager when required.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and invoices.
  • Support in executing service campaigns, recalls, and preventive maintenance drives.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards of quality, safety, and customer care at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HND in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in automotive after-sales / service operations (freshers with a strong interest in the EV/automobile sector will also be considered).
  •  Strong knowledge of vehicle service processes; exposure to EV technology will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
  • Strong team player with a customer-first mindset.
