About the Role:

This role is strongly focused on sales and revenue growth for the wellness product range. The Sales & Business Development Manager  will support strategy execution, actively drive product sales, and build long-term partnerships across corporate, retail, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive wellness product sales through existing and new customer channels
  • Support and execute sales & business development strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships & distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporates & retail outlets
  • Support sales targets, pricing strategies & promotional plans
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends & competitor activity
  • Coordinate with marketing & operations teams on product launches
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts & performance updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Business / Marketing / Sales
  • 2–4 years experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in wellness, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, or FMCG is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven with the ability to work on commission-based incentives
  • Well-presented, professional & customer-centric.
