Job Overview

The Sales Manager – MEA will drive sales growth across the Middle East and Africa by expanding markets, developing distributor networks, and strengthening branded channel presence. The role requires strong FMCG and/or Tea industry experience, commercial acumen, and expertise in international business development and channel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across assigned international markets.
  • Develop and manage distributor networks, strategic partnerships, and channel expansion initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead market entry strategies for target regions.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and opportunity mapping to support business growth.
  • Strengthen brand presence through trade marketing, promotional activities, and channel development.
  • Monitor distributor performance, sales forecasts, and market trends to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and support strategic business expansion across the MEA region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing, International Business, Sales, or related discipline.
  • MBA or relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Tea and/or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role in international business, export sales, or business development.
  • Strong exposure to branded product distribution and channel management.
  • Demonstrated experience across Middle East and/or African markets is essential.
  • Experience in tea, beverages, food, or premium FMCG brands will be strongly preferred.
