Job Overview

The QA Intern supports the Quality Assurance team with testing and quality-related tasks under supervision while gaining hands-on experience in software QA practices, tools, and processes. The role focuses on learning, skill development, and exposure to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support testing and quality activities under guidance, including test execution, test automation, test data preparation, and documentation updates.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining test artefacts such as test cases, test automation scripts, test notes, defect records, and supporting documentation.
  • Execute clearly defined test scenarios and accurately record results.
  • Learn and follow established QA processes, tools, and standards.
  • Shadow experienced QA team members to build understanding of QA practices across delivery.
  • Raise questions, gaps, or issues promptly and seek feedback to support learning.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks
