About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Activation Department in planning and executing brand activations, promotional events, and field campaigns.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup, materials, manpower, and on-ground support.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance, ensuring all pre- and post-event tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Support the team in report preparation, data collection, and event documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with different teams to ensure smooth and effective event execution.

Requirements:

  • Should be energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Possession of a bike and valid riding license will be a definite advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and in outdoor event environments.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to handle challenges and think on ones feet.
