Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new project sales opportunities in the AC and refrigeration sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper records of sales activities, project pipelines, and client communications.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events when required.

Job Requirements

  • Full or part professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Project sector in a similar capacity.
  • Technical knowledge of AC and Refrigeration systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong network and exposure to consultants and architects.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Must possess a valid driving license.
