Job Role

The Business Coordinator will work closely with senior management, providing high-level administrative and operational support. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business calendars, meetings, and strategic appointments to ensure effective time utilization.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications and handle business correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics in line with business priorities.
  • Attend meetings, prepare accurate minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and strategic information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised institute (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience working directly with senior management or C-level executives.
  • Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with basic business analytics knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience handling local and foreign travel documentation will be an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of multitasking effectively.
