A reputed travel company in Sri Lanka, offering leisure travel, corporate travel management, airline ticketing, and tour operations, renowned for service excellence & innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal operations team.
  • Coordinate transport, logistics, and documentation process.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the full shipping process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales in Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Good understanding of shipping processes, transport coordination, and documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Male candidates preferred.
