A reputed travel company in Sri Lanka, offering leisure travel, corporate travel management, airline ticketing, and tour operations, renowned for service excellence & innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the internal operations team.
- Coordinate transport, logistics, and documentation process.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the full shipping process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales in Freight Forwarding industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.
- Good understanding of shipping processes, transport coordination, and documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Male candidates preferred.
