Digital Designer

About the Role:

A reputed UK-based BPO is seeking a creative and forward-thinking designer who brings fresh ideas and stays on top of modern design trends. A collaborative team player, organized and reliable, able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to clearly convey design concepts and proactively contribute to team discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging designs for digital and print media using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Edit and produce video and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and stakeholder teams to develop creative concepts, campaigns, and visual assets.
• Ensure designs remain consistent with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Produce graphics for websites, social media, digital advertising, and presentations.
• (Optional Advantage) Contribute to basic web-related projects using HTML and CSS.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic, Multimedia, or Digital Designer
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Bachelors Degree (preferred) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.
• Alternatively: A diploma or professional certification in design or multimedia, combined with a strong portfolio, will also be considered.
• For video and motion graphics, short courses or certifications in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or UI/UX design can be an added advantage.
• Ability to deliver both static content and motion graphics/video editing.
• A strong eye for visual storytelling, creativity, and detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive, team-oriented approach.
• Organised, deadline-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Capable of creating videos using AI tools.
• Ability to report to our office in Kotte from Monday to Friday.
• Working hours will be 11.00 am to 7.30 pm IST.
