Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, achieve sales targets, and contribute to expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Promote company products and services through direct marketing and digital platforms
- Conduct sales visits and follow up with customers
- Prepare quotations and support the sales process
- Work closely with the technical team to meet customer requirements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer handling is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required.
- Willingness to travel for client visits
- Basic knowledge of industrial products is an advantage (no technical background required)
