Qualifications & Experience

• Engineering Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a recognized professional body
• Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP S/4 HANA
• Minimum 10+ years' experience in manufacturing organizations, with 8–10 years in transformation, digital, or similar leadership roles

Job Role

• Lead and manage multiple transformation projects across manufacturing and support functions using a cross-functional team (CFT) approach.
• Drive Lean, DMAIC, and process improvement initiatives aligned with cost optimization and productivity targets.
• Identify, design, and implement digital interventions including SCADA, MES, UEMS, automation, robotics, IoT, video analytics, and AI-based solutions.
• Lead Data & Analytics projects to generate actionable insights for productivity, energy optimization, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with corporate IT teams and external vendors to build digital and analytics infrastructure.
• Sustain a culture of continuous improvement through Area Effectiveness Teams and structured review mechanisms.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to identify best practices and future trends.
• Build organizational capability through training in Lean, Six Sigma, and Data & Analytics.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, ISO standards, data security, and company policies.
• Prepare and present MIS reports and transformation progress updates to senior management
