About the Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Sales & Marketing Executive with good communication skills in English to support the launch and promotion of a new product within the printing industry.

This is an office-based / non-field role. The selected candidate will be responsible for pitching the product to potential clients, conducting follow-ups, coordinating internally, and supporting sales and marketing activities to generate interest and convert leads.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, tele-sales, client pitching, lead generation, or business development, preferably with exposure to printing, packaging, advertising, corporate sales, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch and promote a new printing-related product to potential clients through calls, emails, online meetings, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to generate interest and move leads through the sales process.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and support lead generation activities.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition clearly and professionally.
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and product information as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather pricing, product details, delivery timelines, and other relevant information for client pitches.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  • Support marketing activities related to the new product, including campaigns, product awareness, and promotional communication.
  • Track client responses and provide feedback to management on market interest, objections, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the sales and management teams to achieve product sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, tele-sales, business development, or client pitching.
  • Good communication skills in English are required.
  • Prior experience in printing, packaging, advertising, corporate sales, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
  • Strong ability to pitch products and conduct professional follow-ups.
  • Confident telephone, email, and online communication skills.
  • Ability to understand product details and communicate benefits clearly to potential clients.
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Office, email, and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, follow-up reports, and basic sales documentation.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and organized.
  • Must be comfortable working in an office-based, non-field sales role.
