About the Client
Our client is a well-established Sri Lankan company specializing in consumer electronics and home appliances. With over four decades of industry experience, the company represents leading global brands and is known for delivering reliable, high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers by providing the best after sales service to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate service dealer development activities, appointing new service dealers, dealer training and service campaigns.
- Maintain a good rapport with service dealers and customers
- Carry our service campaigns and service clinics with the dealers.
- Assist Regional Sales Manager and Sales Executives on day today activities.
Requirements
- Minimum G C E A/L Qualification.
- A qualification from a vocational training institute along with knowledge in the automobile industry would be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in a similar capacity with a strong communication, interpersonal skills.
- Someone who is self-driven with minimum supervision.
- Should be a Resident from either Northern/ Central Provinces or Moneragala/Ampara Districts
- A valid riding licenses is a bonus advantage.
