Position Overview

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager / Manager position in Sales & Reservations to join our growing hospitality team. This role combines sales excellence with operational efficiency in managing bookings and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process bookings, including taking reservations and following up until check-in
  • Maintain an efficient administration system, including record keeping, invoicing, and filing guest details
  • Provide efficient and professional service to all guests via all communication channels
  • Actively sell destinations and promotions with a positive upselling approach
  • Develop close working relationships with all business suppliers
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure
  • Carry out other duties as requested from time to time by management

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or reservations
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure/negotiate business deals
  • Mature, professional, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional setups requiring collaboration with multiple teams locally and globally
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality indeusty is an advantage
