Position Overview
We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager / Manager position in Sales & Reservations to join our growing hospitality team. This role combines sales excellence with operational efficiency in managing bookings and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process bookings, including taking reservations and following up until check-in
- Maintain an efficient administration system, including record keeping, invoicing, and filing guest details
- Provide efficient and professional service to all guests via all communication channels
- Actively sell destinations and promotions with a positive upselling approach
- Develop close working relationships with all business suppliers
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure
- Carry out other duties as requested from time to time by management
Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or reservations
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure/negotiate business deals
- Mature, professional, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Comfortable working in cross-functional setups requiring collaboration with multiple teams locally and globally
- Relevant experience in the hospitality indeusty is an advantage
