Specializing in innovative ERP and AI solutions, they help businesses streamline operations, improve decision-making, and achieve digital transformation. They are looking for a motivated ERP Technical Sales Executive with 23 years experience to join their dynamic team in Malabe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for ERP solutions, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and solution designs
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Keep up-to-date with ERP, AI, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in ERP software sales, technical sales, or solution selling
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
