Our client is an Australian-based AI-driven technology company with a growing presence in Sri Lanka. Specializing in innovative ERP and AI solutions, they help businesses streamline operations, improve decision-making, and achieve digital transformation. They are looking for a motivated ERP Technical Sales Executive with 23 years experience to join their dynamic team in Malabe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for ERP solutions, from lead generation to closing deals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and solution designs
- Negotiate pricing and terms to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Keep up-to-date with ERP, AI, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in ERP software sales, technical sales, or solution selling
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
