Job Overview

Our client is looking for driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with clients, conducting property site visits, and closing deals in a performance-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for assigned real estate projects.
  • Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
  • Arrange and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.
  • Guide clients in selecting suitable property investment opportunities based on their needs and financial goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction completion and timely payments.
  • Maintain a professional approach when handling client inquiries, negotiations, and after-sales relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, land sales, or property development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and lead management platforms will be beneficial.
